Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We’re a small eco-inspired shop and inspect every order with care. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Please contact us at myenchantedearth.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit (based on item availability).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale, including:

  • Books and bookmarks

  • Seed-paper cards and amigurumi gifts

  • Gift sets and sale items

  • Gift cards

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, as we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, your household, or your local carrier first.
We can assist with a one-time carrier investigation, but replacements or credits are not guaranteed.

Shipping Regions

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
If we expand internationally, updated regional policies will be provided here.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
