Shipping Regions
Enchanted Earth LLC currently ships orders within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed with care and typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, packaging, and destination.
Occasionally, we offer free-shipping promotions — these will be noted on our website when available.
Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Carrier selection is determined automatically to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Delivery Times
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our studio and is accepted by the carrier, Enchanted Earth LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, your household, or your local post office first.
We can assist with a one-time carrier investigation but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for missing items.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at myenchantedearth.shop@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at myenchantedearth.shop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We strive to minimize packaging waste by using eco-friendly materials, recyclable mailers, and paper-based fillers whenever possible.
