When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Enchanted Earth LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we are a small business and cannot accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted.

You represent that all purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
You agree to provide valid payment details, authorize charges to your chosen payment method, and ensure sufficient funds are available.
Applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees will be added at checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States only.
All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not liable for shipping delays, carrier errors, or packages marked as delivered but not received. We will assist with one-time carrier investigations when possible.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once verified, we may issue a replacement or store credit based on item availability.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may cancel or return your order (unused, in original condition). You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
